How to Prepare a BOM for Quotation
Use one row per part and retain the original part number. Include item number, full MPN, brand, quantity and notes.
Specify quantity units. List different packing or delivery requirements separately, even for the same part. Avoid sending unreadable part-number images.
Send your BOM as an attachment to sales@xhsem.com, with project requirements and delivery dates in the email. Our BOM form prepares the email text; add attachments in your email application.
